Lemont Raiders: Events

2009-2010 Season Final Registration Event - All Teams

There will be a club-wide registration event (for all new and current Raiders) at the Lemont Park District building gymnasium on Thursday, June 18. All players and one parent are asked to come to register anytime between 4:30 – 6:00 pm.

The final registration event will consist of:

1. For NEW Raider players only, please bring a copy of player’s birth certificate for proof of age and eligibility. Certificate will not be returned.

2. Turn in signed IWSL or NISL Medical Waivers. Please print and complete.

3. Sign LRSC Commitment form.

4. Sign LRSC Code of Conduct.

5. Pay first installment fee of $400 for the 2009-2010 season (all past due balances are also due before a player will be confirmed). Checks should be made payable to Lemont Raiders Soccer Club. Payment using Paypal will also be available but will include an additional Paypal processing fee. Total charge will be $411.90 (includes a 2.9% Paypal surcharge and 30 cents Paypal transaction fee).

6. Individual Team Parents, Managers or Coaches will take digital images of all players for new player cards.

7. Volunteer table – looking for more talented parents to make the club better!

If you and your child are not able to attend the June 18^th registration event, please contact your Team Manager prior to June 18 to make arrangements to complete the process detailed above privately. After June 18, if your child’s registration has not been completed, your child’s position on the team may be awarded to someone else.
